Welcome to NavaMandi.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://navamandi.com) and mobile application (collectively, “Platform”), as well as any services, features, content, or applications offered by NavaMandi.com (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use our Platform.

Use of the Platform

  1. Account Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information promptly if there are any changes.

  2. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Orders and Payments

  1. Product Availability: All orders placed through our Platform are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

  2. Pricing: Prices for products listed on our Platform are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price.

  3. Payment: You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases made through the Platform.

  4. Serviceable Areas: NavaMandi currently delivers orders only to selected pincodes within Hyderabad and Secunderabad at this moment.
    Delivery coverage is updated periodically based on operational capacity, logistics, and service availability.

  5. Pincode Availability: Our current web app does not support automatic pincode availability checks at the time of ordering.
    However, our developers are actively working on this functionality, and it is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2026.

    Until this feature is introduced, all orders will undergo manual pincode verification by our team after checkout.
    If your pincode is found to be non-serviceable, we will inform you promptly. Such orders may be cancelled or rescheduled, and any payments made will be refunded as per our refund policy.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we enhance our platform.

  6. Right to Refuse Delivery: NavaMandi may refuse or cancel delivery in cases such as:

    Incorrect or incomplete address

    Unreachable or unsafe delivery location

    Repeated failed delivery attempts

    Pincode not falling under our serviceable zones

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NavaMandi.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content or services provided through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform or any content or services obtained through the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NavaMandi.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hyderabad, Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
